Tonia DeBellis

Founder and Creative Director, Tonia DeBellis

Tonia DeBellis is an executive with over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry.  Her namesake collection of luxury athleisure is distributed across North America to over 500 accounts.  The company serves better boutiques, high end ski shops and luxury resorts including Fairmont hotels, Whistler Blackcomb, Christy’s ski shops, Boyne sports, Mont Tremblant and many more.  The company is based in Scarborough where it manufactures and distributes the product.   Through this pandemic the company has branched off to produce masks to add to offerings.

Ashley Dodge

Design Manager, Childrenswear, Joe Fresh

Ashley Dodge (Boutcher) is a seasoned fashion design professional with expertise in swimwear, active apparel, outerwear, leather/alternate material accessories and most recently, childrenswear. With 13 years in the industry she has worked with companies in managerial roles ensuring growth in sales performance through strong product vision while also having entrepreneurial experience and sourcing connections globally.

Connor George

Content and Social Media Manager, Loblaw Companies’ President’s Choice, PC Optimum and no name® brands

Connor George is a Content and Social Media manager for Loblaw Companies’ President’s Choice, PC Optimum and no name® brands. Connor was previously at HBC, where he gained experience working on social media for brands like Hudson’s Bay, Topshop and Kleinfeld. For Connor, customer experience, authentic creative, and out-of-the-box ideas are key.

Roger Gingerich

CEO of the Canadian International Fashion Film Festival

As CEO of the Canadian International Fashion Film Festival (CANIFFF), Roger has enjoyed over 35 years of various roles in the fashion industry. Roger was also appointed to the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Fashion Council (CFC) in 2020. He served eight years on the board of directors of Fashion Group International Toronto, including three years as its Regional Director. Furthermore, he sat on the board of directors of Canada Fashion Group Inc. which hosted the largest fashion weeks in Canada: Toronto Men’s Fashion Week and Toronto Women’s Fashion Week.

Malvika Rana

Sr. Manager for Dropship Merchandising Strategies and Operations, Staples Canada

Malvika Rana is the Sr. Manager for Dropship Merchandising Strategies and Operations at Staples Canada. Throughout her 8+ years of corporate retail experience, her focus has always been building transformational omni-channel customer experiences. She is passionate about understanding customer behaviour and finding new ways to surprise and delight customers. Malvika is also a graduate of the Fashion Business Management Advanced Diploma program at Seneca College.
