Divisional Vice President of Brand & Creative Strategy, Holt Renfrew
Alexandra Weston is the Divisional Vice President of Brand & Creative Strategy at Holt Renfrew. In this role, she focuses on embedding sustainability and developing dynamic programs to build the brand’s culture and reputation which included the launch of H Project in 2013, an innovative retail concept showcasing socially responsible products that are all beautifully designed, passionately purposeful, and have unique stories from around the world. Alexandra brings to Holt Renfrew over a decade of luxury fashion branding and PR experience combined with a passion for philanthropy.
Divisional Vice President, Store Design, Construction, Facilities and Visual Merchandising, Holt Renfrew
Allan Tse is a design leader with over 20 years of experience in the fields of fashion retail, architecture, and visual merchandising. He has worked with both iconic Canadian and international brands such as Holt Renfrew, Starbucks, and Virgin. He’s passionate about design and its contribution to the customer journey.
Senior E-commerce Manager, JENNY BIRD
Justine is a senior e-commerce strategist, with 7+ years of experience in the digital field with a true passion for growth and results. Justine has built and scaled digital strategies for brands across many sectors including, corporate, non for profit and retail. She is a graduate of Seneca's Fashion Business Management program and is currently the Senior E-commerce Manager at JENNY BIRD.
Director, Research & Insights, Perennial |DCM
More than 20 years supporting clients across countless verticals has made Marlene an expert at turning research findings into actionable insights and recommendations. Using her extensive knowledge of research methodologies and techniques, she has delivered powerful consumer insights to support business, brand, communications and design strategies for clients including Royal Bank of Canada, Metrolinx/GO Transit, Spencer’s Retail Limited (India), Cervus Equipment and Marsh and McLennan.
Founder and Creative Director, Tonia DeBellis
Tonia DeBellis is an executive with over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry. Her namesake collection of luxury athleisure is distributed across North America to over 500 accounts. The company serves better boutiques, high end ski shops and luxury resorts including Fairmont hotels, Whistler Blackcomb, Christy’s ski shops, Boyne sports, Mont Tremblant and many more. The company is based in Scarborough where it manufactures and distributes the product. Through this pandemic the company has branched off to produce masks to add to offerings.
